Unfortunately, we cannot change your booking to another airline due to airline restrictions.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in redeeming your air miles (for example, if you wish to book your flight using your accumulated credit). This must be done directly through the airline. You will also need to contact the airline directly if you want to obtain information about the status of your loyalty program.

This often happens with real-time booking systems.
➡️ Because availability can change at any moment:
– The Nusuk platform uses a real-time database.
– Between the time you check the itinerary and when you attempt to book, spots may be sold to other pilgrims around the world.
– Result: the flight can become full in a matter of minutes, especially during peak demand periods.
Tip: as soon as a flight suits you, book immediately.

➡️ Yes, you can book a flight from any city in the world.

– Fixed dates and times
– Same itinerary for the whole group

An electronic ticket contains all the information found on a paper ticket but is stored as an electronic record in the airline’s computer system.
Once the electronic ticket is issued, the passenger must print their ticket or itinerary showing the booking reference.
At the departure airport, the passenger goes directly to the airline’s check-in counter with this document.

It is recommended to arrive at least 4 hours before the departure of your international flight for Hajj.
This allows you to:
– Finalize check-in procedures
– Manage any delays related to document checks
– Be prepared in case of last-minute changes or announcements
It’s better to arrive too early than too late, especially during the Hajj period when airports are very busy.

The baggage policy varies by airline. Please check your itinerary when booking your ticket where your baggage limits will be clearly mentioned. We will also offer you the option to purchase additional baggage allowance for your journey.
