⚠️ If you have funds in your Ewallet before doing this, make sure to :
– Withdraw any remaining balance in your eWallet
– If you have a family member with you
– Unlink or delete family members associated with your account
Once this action is confirmed, all your data and records will be permanently deleted.

Pilgrims under the age of 12 are not allowed to perform Hajj for the 1447/2026 season.
⚠️ This is an official rule put in place by the Saudi authorities.

Temporary visas (student, Schengen, tourism, etc.) are not accepted.
To be able to perform Hajj via the Nusuk Hajj platform, you must either be a citizen or a regular resident (with a valid residence permit) of one of the 126 target countries for the Hajj season 1447/2026.

6. 🛒 Purchase your package as soon as sales open.
7. 🕋 Wait for the receipt of your Hajj e-visa as well as your flight ticket.

No, signing up on the platform does not mean you have been accepted for Hajj.

Yes, but your file will not be processed until you have submitted the new passport.
⚠️ Nusuk displays a clear alert:
> Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the Kingdom.
✅ You can start your registration with your current passport, but you must renew it and submit the new one before you can purchase a package or obtain a visa.
