Should one register themselves on the NUSUK HAJJ platform?

We summarise in a few lines the advantages and disadvantages of registering yourself or entrusting it to an agency.

Self-registration

Advantages :

Speed :

Once your documents are ready, the registration takes barely 10 minutes.
Autonomy: you immediately receive your Nusuk username and password.
Immediate validation: the Nusuk system automatically checks your documents (passport and photo). If they are compliant, your registration is validated on the spot.

Disadvantages :

You need to master certain software (scanner, resizing documents, etc.).
Be comfortable with the Nusuk Hajj site.
Don’t panic, we will be there to assist you if needed.

Entrust your registration to an agency?

Advantages:

Simplicity: the agency handles your registration, you hardly have anything to do (you will still need to fill out a pre-registration form and send your photo + passport).
Creation of the Nusuk account (username and password), with the possibility of correction or modification if necessary.

Disadvantages:
High demand: waiting time varies depending on the agencies, you will not always have your access right away (processed in order of arrival).
If your documents (photo, passport) are non-compliant, you will need to resend corrected files, which may delay the process.

Some agencies charge for this service (up to €190), others offer it for free.
Be sure to check if this commits you contractually or if you are free to choose another agency later. Ensure you recover your Nusuk credentials in case of withdrawal.
Make sure that the agency is accredited Nusuk Hajj, to avoid any risk of exclusion.
