E-wallet
As a family member:
– You do not need to top up the administrator’s wallet.
– It is the family administrator who manages the top-ups and payments via their wallet (eWallet).
– The wallet balance is linked only to the administrator, not to added members.
It is not possible to partially refund the wallet balance (eWallet).
– ❌ No partial refunds.
– ✅ The request concerns the total available balance.
– 💳 The refund is made using the same method as that used during the top-up.
No, you cannot purchase a package without adding funds to your wallet (eWallet) beforehand.
The purchase of the package is only done via the available balance in your eWallet. So you need to:
Add funds to your eWallet (credit card strongly recommended) or via bank transfer.
Wait for the balance to appear in case of bank transfer if not instantly when paying by card.
Choose and purchase the package from the platform.
Without sufficient balance, the purchase will not be possible.
Here is our tutorial explaining how to register on the NUSUK HAJJ platform:

Exactly, you cannot use the balance of a wallet linked to a separate account for another family account.
To sign up as a family member on another account, you must first:
– request a refund of the balance from your current wallet,
– then join the new family account.
The balance is not transferable between accounts or members.
No, the balance of your wallet (eWallet) cannot be transferred to another wallet.
Each eWallet is individual and non-transferable.
There is no shared wallet. The eWallet is only linked to the family administrator. Therefore, they must:
– Top up the wallet
– Pay for themselves and the added members
– Manage all transactions related to the booking
Added members cannot top up or use their own eWallet in this context.
Each account on the Nusuk platform receives a unique and personal IBAN for making a transfer. This ensures that the funds are correctly attributed to your electronic wallet (eWallet). Never use another pilgrim’s IBAN.
You can request a refund of your wallet balance (eWallet) through the Nusuk platform. Here’s what you need to know:
– ✅ Possible if no package has been purchased or to recover the excess after purchasing a package
– 🧾 The refund conditions will be displayed before confirmation.
– 💳 Transaction fees of 2% plus 15% VAT on this amount will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
– 🕐 The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used
Using a credit card is highly recommended for recharging your eWallet because:
– Immediate recharge (within a few minutes)
– No risk of delay or reference error
– Compatible with most international Visa/Mastercard cards
Bank transfers are slower (48 hours to 5 working days), and there is a risk of exceeding the deadline, especially when places are limited.
Conclusion: Use a credit card if possible. Bank transfer should only be considered if you have sufficient advance notice.
The electronic wallet (eWallet) on the Nusuk Hajj platform is a secure payment method. It allows you to:
– Load money via bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or via bank transfer
– Pay for your chosen Hajj package once selected
– Manage payments for yourself and your family members if you are the group administrator
It is mandatory to load the eWallet before purchasing a package. The available balance must cover the full amount of the chosen package.
The methods available to top up the wallet (eWallet) on the Nusuk Hajj platform are:
1. International bank card (Visa or Mastercard – fast and recommended method)
2. International bank transfer (slower, processing time)
Tip: prioritize the bank card to avoid delays or processing errors.
Family Member
Yes, you can add a family member during the registration on the Nusuk platform. ✅
You will need to provide their personal information (valid passport, date of birth, etc.).
Each member will have a profile linked to yours, but *each must be eligible* (nationality or residency in a concerned country, valid passport +12 years, etc.).
Note: You must complete your registration first before adding other members.
No, all added members must reside in the same country as you.
This is a mandatory condition to be able to include them in your group on the Nusuk Hajj platform.
Yes, each added family member can log in to the platform with their own account, provided they use the same email that was used when they were added to the group. They will be able to view the information but will not be able to modify the choices made by the group administrator.
You can remove a member added through your account, which deletes their data associated with your family. However, if they have a personal account, you can dissociate them from your family group without deleting their account, provided that their Ewallet is not loaded.
You can log in with your email, go to « My Family », and then click the option to detach yourself. Your account will then be independent, with no link to the family administrator.
✅ By adding your family to your Nusuk Hajj account, you:
– Handle everything for everyone from a single account.
– Choose a single common package for the group.
– Manage and top up each person’s eWallet through your interface.
– Pay for the entire packages (for yourself and the added members).
📌 You become the administrative responsible for the family group.
This is convenient, especially for families with elderly individuals or those less comfortable with technology.
✅ You can add up to a maximum of 7 family members to your Nusuk Hajj account (for a total of 8 people including yourself).
📌 This makes group processes easier: registration, choosing the package, payment, etc.
Flights
➡️ Yes, you can book a flight from any city in the world.
However :
✈️ Your arrival in Saudi Arabia must be through Jeddah or Medina.
🛬 A temporary stopover is possible in Riyadh, Ta’if, or Yanbu before reaching Jeddah or Medina.
Attention: Only book through the Nusuk platform once your package is purchased.
Unfortunately no, the flights are fixed
No, changes to the date, time, or itinerary of your booking are not allowed.
The Nusuk platform offers a wide choice of flights so you can select the one that best meets your needs right from the start.
Tip: Take the time to carefully check the date, time, departure and arrival airports before confirming your booking to avoid any mistakes.
Flight reservations cannot be canceled individually. If you wish to cancel, the entire Hajj package must be canceled.
⚠️ Note: some fares may be non-refundable.
Before any cancellation, make sure to check the fare rules, restrictions, and cancellation fees for your ticket.
This will help you avoid unnecessary charges or unpleasant surprises.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in redeeming your air miles (for example, if you wish to book your flight using your accumulated credit). This must be done directly through the airline. You will also need to contact the airline directly if you want to obtain information about the status of your loyalty program.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your booking to another airline due to airline restrictions.
➡️ As soon as you receive the notification from the Nusuk platform indicating that package sales are open.
You need to ensure that:
– your eWallet is activated
– you have a package in the cart
By clicking on the cart, your flight ticket will be reserved at the same time as the package
Important: you cannot reserve a package if you do not purchase a flight through the Nusuk Hajj platform
Charter flight:
This is a flight booked for a group of pilgrims, organized by a service provider
– Fixed dates and times
– Same itinerary for the whole group
– Included in the Hajj package
– Less flexibility
Customized flight:
This is a flight that you book yourself on the Mousafer platform which is tailored to your preferences.
– Choice of dates, times, airlines
– More flexibility
– Not included in the Hajj package
An electronic ticket contains all the information found on a paper ticket but is stored as an electronic record in the airline’s computer system.
Once the electronic ticket is issued, the passenger must print their ticket or itinerary showing the booking reference.
At the departure airport, the passenger goes directly to the airline’s check-in counter with this document.
The baggage policy varies by airline. Please check your itinerary when booking your ticket where your baggage limits will be clearly mentioned. We will also offer you the option to purchase additional baggage allowance for your journey.
If you haven’t received your e-ticket within 24 hours or if your flight is imminent, please contact the Nusuk customer support team.
Sometimes airlines may change their flight schedules to accommodate equipment changes, itinerary changes, or capacity issues. Airlines may also make changes due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or crew issues. We will inform you by email if your booking is affected by a change in schedule made by an airline. However, there are times when we may not receive prior notice, so we always encourage you to check the status of your flight 24 hours before departure. The airline will always offer a replacement flight in case of a schedule change, but alternative flights are at the airline’s discretion and vary depending on the rules associated with the fare of your purchased ticket. We will always work with the airline to find you an alternative flight as close as possible to your original schedule.
It is recommended to arrive at least 4 hours before the departure of your international flight for Hajj.
This allows you to:
– Finalize check-in procedures
– Manage any delays related to document checks
– Be prepared in case of last-minute changes or announcements
It’s better to arrive too early than too late, especially during the Hajj period when airports are very busy.
This often happens with real-time booking systems.
➡️ Because availability can change at any moment:
– The Nusuk platform uses a real-time database.
– Between the time you check the itinerary and when you attempt to book, spots may be sold to other pilgrims around the world.
– Result: the flight can become full in a matter of minutes, especially during peak demand periods.
Tip: as soon as a flight suits you, book immediately.

▶️ Since 2022, Saudi Arabia launched the MOTAWIF platform, which was then replaced in 2023 by NUSUK HAJJ:
Now, all registration and management of Hajj for pilgrims from Europe, America, and Australia are done directly online, without intermediaries.
You can choose your package, accommodation, flight transport, etc., completely independently.

*➡️ Pilgrims located in Europe, America, and Australia*, wishing to perform the *Hajj*.
These countries are involved in the new organization of Hajj implemented by the Saudi authorities via Nusuk.
The aim is to facilitate registration, package booking, and visa acquisition for these pilgrims, while ensuring a more direct, secure, and transparent process.

Registration
Pilgrims under the age of 12 are not allowed to perform Hajj for the 1447/2026 season.
⚠️ This is an official rule put in place by the Saudi authorities.
It aims to ensure the safety and proper conduct of the Hajj rites.
Yes, you can delete your account by clicking on « Delete account » in your profile.
⚠️ If you have funds in your Ewallet before doing this, make sure to :
– Withdraw any remaining balance in your eWallet
– If you have a family member with you
– Unlink or delete family members associated with your account
Once this action is confirmed, all your data and records will be permanently deleted.
Yes, but your file will not be processed until you have submitted the new passport.
⚠️ Nusuk displays a clear alert:
> Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the Kingdom.
✅ You can start your registration with your current passport, but you must renew it and submit the new one before you can purchase a package or obtain a visa.
Tip: Renew your passport now to avoid any blocking or delays.
Temporary visas (student, Schengen, tourism, etc.) are not accepted.
To be able to perform Hajj via the Nusuk Hajj platform, you must either be a citizen or a regular resident (with a valid residence permit) of one of the 126 target countries for the Hajj season 1447/2026.
No, signing up on the platform does not mean you have been accepted for Hajj.
➡️ Registration only allows you to create your profile and makes you eligible to purchase a package.
🎯 The principle applied is simple: first come, first served.
📌 As long as you have not purchased a package, you are not officially accepted
for Hajj.
