Sometimes airlines may change their flight schedules to accommodate equipment changes, itinerary changes, or capacity issues. Airlines may also make changes due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or crew issues. We will inform you by email if your booking is affected by a change in schedule made by an airline. However, there are times when we may not receive prior notice, so we always encourage you to check the status of your flight 24 hours before departure. The airline will always offer a replacement flight in case of a schedule change, but alternative flights are at the airline’s discretion and vary depending on the rules associated with the fare of your purchased ticket. We will always work with the airline to find you an alternative flight as close as possible to your original schedule.
